Snaparo
A document scanner that runs entirely on your phone. Scan a page, read the text off it, find it again months later. Nothing is uploaded and there is no account to make.
What it does
-
Scan with the camera
Point at a page and Snaparo finds the edges, straightens it and cleans it up. Multi page documents in one pass.
-
Read the text off the page
Text recognition runs on the device. The recognised text is stored with the scan so you can copy it or search it.
-
Search what you scanned
Search runs over the recognised text, not just file names, so you can find a receipt by what is printed on it.
-
Export and share on your terms
Save as PDF or an image, share it, print it, or put a backup somewhere you choose. The destination is always yours.

Privacy, in short
Snaparo collects nothing. There is no account, no sign in and no server of ours. Your scans, the recognised text and the search index stay in the app's private storage on your phone. They leave only when you share, print or back them up, to a place you picked.
The app makes two kinds of network request, and only these two: RevenueCat checks a purchase when you buy or restore premium, and Google's text recognition module plus any extra language pack is downloaded when you first need it. Neither one carries your documents.
